This depends on which company you get a discount with. Usually our partners have a promotional code that they can give you (partnership deal). , you’ll benefit from a 10% discount in our sports shop, in our rental shop and on group lessons (ski/snowboard). There is no discount on private lessons and workshops. Is it obligatory to book equipment in advance?

It is always better to book in advance, especially for the busier weeks in December, at the beginning of January, February and the holidays, such as Easter and carnival.

More and more bookings are made online and therefore, if you don’t book in advance, the equipment you wanted may no longer be available once you arrive in Veysonnaz.

Can you confirm our online booking?

Booking confirmations are sent once we have received payment. If you paid online with a credit card then you should receive the confirmation within the 24 hours. You can also request an invoice. This will be sent by e-mail and once we receive payment we will send you your booking confirmation.
Don’t forget to print out your booking confirmation and bring it with you when you pass by the office to pick up the lesson tickets and/or your equipment.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, 15 days prior to the start of the lessons.

Lessons and rental bookings are for set dates. Therefore no cancellations will be accepted if they are made less than 15 days before the start date of the rental.
In case of cancellation we will charge you CHF. 10.- for costs incurred.

Can equipment be refunded in the middle of the week?

Yes, with a medical certificate.

For our foreign clients, we recommend Snowcare insurance. It costs CHF. 4.- per day per person and covers lessons, equipment, ski pass and medical and rescue expenses.

Can we pick up our equipment the day before the start of the rental period?

Yes, you can!!
Preferably after 15h00 the day prior to the start of the rental. We even advise it as there is usually not enough time to do this in the morning before the lessons start.

Is it possible to change my booking once I’m in Veysonnaz?

It’s always possible to change
your booking once you’re in Veysonnaz. You can add more days to the rental period or upgrade your type of skis/snowboard. You can pay the price difference in our shop.

How long does the winter season last in Veysonnaz?

The ski season in Nendaz starts at the beginning of December and finishes 2 weeks after Easter for the Printze area and closes one week later for the Mont-Fort area (starting from Siviez).

What’s happen if there is not enough snow in Veysonnaz?

There is always enough snow thanks to the artificial snow machines. However, if there is not enough snow, it is always possible to start from Siviez.

You need to have your own insurance.

Neige Aventure is a private ski and snowboard school that is recognised by many Swiss and other international professional snow sports associations.

Neige Aventure offers the “Your Life, Your Planet” programme to kids during ski lessons which aims to teach respect for the environment and safety on the slopes.

Over 50 instructors and 10 snow sports equipment specialists from Switzerland and around the globe, fluent in various languages, are available and eager to help you improve and succeed.

Where is the first meeting point with Neige Aventure?

Once you have booked and received your lesson voucher, your first meeting point will be at the main office. Amandine, Géraldine and Rolf will be there to welcome you in English, French, Dutch or German.

They will update you on any last minute news such as weather, special events, confirmation of meeting points etc.

Will there be time to pick up my skis and lesson tickets in the morning before my lesson starts?

We recommend you avoid doing this. However it is possible if there is no queue. We strongly advise you to have everything done in advance to ensure the morning runs calmly and smoothly.

If it’s impossible for you to pass by the office before it closes the evening prior to the start of your lessons, you should do so.

Our 5-year old child can snowplough quite confidently down the hill - which group would be most suitable for him: the Mini Kids Club (3 to 5 yrs olds) or the Kids Club (5 to 12 yrs olds)? We're thinking of booking him in for the full 5 days.

We offer a Mini Kids Club for 3-5 year olds in which the focus is on teaching children the basics of skiing.

If your child is at a suitable level and can snowplough and stop, then it’s best to choose the Kids Club group lessons for 5-12 year olds.

If this doesn’t work out, we can always change your child in to Mini Kids. If it is too much, there is the option to go to the Mini Kids Club in the afternoon. We can always find a solution. However, we will not refund Kids Club lessons unless the child is ill or has had an accident).

What are the times if we book half day/full day? We are concerned that a full day may be too much.

Mini Kids Club times: in the morning from 9h15/9h45 to 12h00/12h45, in the afternoon from 13h30 to 16h00. Lunch is available from 12h45 to 13h30.

Can we change the type of lesson, e.g. group to private, if the originally booked lesson doesn’t work out?

If a group lesson doesn’t work out and you would like to change to private lessons, we will do our best to arrange it. This will be subject to teacher availability and a supplement may be charged.

Can we change our paid lessons to another day?

This is only possible 24hrs before the lesson starts as we have to be able to ensure the teacher has replacement work.

Will I be able to understand the teacher? Will the teacher speak my language?

There are many languages spoken within our ski school: French, German, English, Dutch, Spanish, Chinese, Swedish, Swiss German, Italian. When a language is requested, we do our best to allocate an appropriate teacher.

For group lessons, priority is given to children.

No. The lessons are only cancelled or postponed if the lifts aren’t running. So wrap up warmly!!

Which Ski Pass do I need, Printze or 4 Vallées?

The majority of our lessons take place in the Printze area, so Printze should be sufficient. However, it is possible that group lessons will take place in the 4 Vallées/Mont-Fort areas at the end of the week. In this case, you can extend your pass just for that day.

Price of pass extension 4 Vallées/Mont-Fort: adults 1 day CHF. 18.-/children 1 day CHF. 13.-.
